What's in My New Crafting Tool Bag

I finally did it — I found the perfect tool bag for my crafting tools from one of my favorite stores and where I teach my paper flower workshop, M.Lovewell Tool Bag and they have other colors and styles too! I couldn't be more excited to share it with you! As a paper crafter, having everything organized and within arm's reach makes such a difference, and this bag delivers on every level that I could also travel around with especially within in my home, from my craft room to my dining room.

The bag itself is a game changer: it stands up on its own (no more floppy sides!) and has plenty of compartments to keep all my essential tools neatly organized. I also have a whole materials and resources page here where I list out all my favorite supplies I like to use but let me give you a little tour of what’s inside my tool bag currently!

Scissors & Cutting Tools You can never have too many pairs of scissors, right? I’ve been trying out the Kai Scissors but I think I still perfer my bigger one from Gingher. I keep my fine-tip detail scissors in the tool bag since they are small enough to fit and a pair of heavy-duty craft scissors in easy reach. There’s a dedicated compartment that holds them securely — no more digging around at the bottom of a bin!

Adhesives: My Favorite Glue Of course, my absolute favorite glue from Art Glitter has its own spot. A good, reliable adhesive is a must for paper crafting, and having it upright and easily accessible just makes crafting that much smoother.

Floral Wire & Tape For my paper flowers, floral wire and floral tape are essentials. The bag has just the right-sized pocket to keep these organized and tangle-free.

Shaping Mats & Tools This might be my favorite part — there’s a section roomy enough for my shaping mats, which I use for paper flower shaping. The fact that I can keep them in here and protected is such a relief!

The Bead Reamer (My Secret Weapon) Okay, confession time: my favorite tool isn’t actually for paper crafting. It’s a bead reamer, but I use it as a poking tool and even for shaping petals because it has a grip that makes all the difference during long crafting sessions.

Stylus Ball Tool & Pliers The stylus ball tool is another essential for creating realistic, dimensional flowers. It fits perfectly alongside my pliers, which I use for shaping and wire work. The bag's compartments make sure they stay put and don’t clatter around.

And More! Of course, there are a few more odds and ends — tweezers, bone folders, and some specialty tools that I’ll be linking for anyone curious to build their own dream crafting kit in my materials page here.

This bag has truly upgraded my crafting experience. Having a designated place for everything helps me work more efficiently and creatively. If you’ve been hunting for the perfect tool bag, I highly recommend finding one with structure and plenty of compartments — it’s a total game changer especially this M.Lovewell Tool Bag !
